The Nourish course is a series of guided practices that teach you to feel into the body, bringing you closer to presence. This is a live course over zoom; each session lasts an hour.
Offered at two different times of day at Pacific Standard Time – you’ll attend one sequence. Choose one of the series above to attend.
Four weekly calls will be recorded and sent out to participants afterward. People can manage their own level of disclosure and choose to have their screens on or off during the recording.
We’ll practice a different element of bodily awareness in each and there will be invitations and content shared between weeks for continued practice of feeling into the body.
