Cancellations and Refunds

We do not provide refunds for workshops, webinars, or coaching offers. If you pay to attend a walk or event and cannot make it, you lose your spot. If you know ahead of time that there is a conflict and you can no longer make an event, email Tia at findingmindfulnow@gmail.com to see about having the funds applied to a future event for a one time occurrence.

If Finding Mindful Now has to cancel an event (i.e. a course or trip) due to under-enrollment or other unexpected conditions, your deposit and any payments will be returned. Because the number of participants is limited and we often have a waitlist, it is important to let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel. In order to respect those on the waitlist and to encourage timely cancellations, we have the following cancellation policy.

* Cancellation received 30 or more days before course or trip start date: full refund minus deposit if there is one.

*6-29 days before course or trip start date: refund of 50% of full course cost. If the course or trip is full when it begins, we will refund 75%.

*5 days or less before the course or trip start date: We will not be able to offer any refund.

*One on one mindfulness walks are possible to reschedule once with at least 48 hours, however we will not be able to offer a refund.

*Your attendance at a public mindfulness or forest bathing walk is possible to reschedule once with 48 hours notice if you are ill or have another challenge arise. We will not be able to offer a refund.
