In this e-course you’ll learn how tuning into your senses reveals clarity and can dial down overwhelm even if you don’t have time to meditate. This is applied mindfulness for busy people who want to change their relationship with anxiety.
Register by March 20th. Choose an amount between $75 and $300 ($25 or $100 a month) in the payment options.
When you pay for your membership here you’ll automatically receive an email with the registration opening survey included. The payment and the survey hold your spot. Once we get to 24 people I’ll start a waitlist with the survey responses and stop accepting payments. If you determine this isn’t a good fit, you can let me know within the first two weeks, you can withdraw and I’ll give you your money back. No refunds after April 15.
